1. What We Collect (and Why)
We only collect personal info when you choose to share it. Right now, that happens in two ways:
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit): When you download the Break Free From IT book or join our newsletter, we collect your first name and email. We use this to deliver your files.
- Stripe / Kit Commerce: If you choose to “Fuel the Mission” via a donation, we collect the information necessary to process that payment. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
- Calendly: When you book a meeting for a high-stakes inquiry, we ask for your name and email to coordinate the schedule.
2. Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies to help the site function and to see which “Plays” are the most popular. We track aggregate data (what is being read), not individual identities.
3. Who We Share With
We don’t sell your data. Period. We only share your info with the trusted services required to run this mission:
- Kit (Email delivery and audience management)
- Stripe (Secure payment processing)
- Calendly (Meeting coordination)
4. Your Rights
You own your data. You can ask us what we have, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any email at any time with one click. Just reach out via our contact section.

You’re welcome to browse, read, and implement the plays. Just don’t try to break the site, scrape the data, or misrepresent the brand.

Everything on this site—including the Break Free From IT book, the Leadership Plays, the Implementation Kit, and all digital downloads—is the property of Ben Greiner / Rethink Tech.
- Personal Use: You are encouraged to use these tools to lead your company.
- Sharing: You may share links to the site, but you may not sell, repackage, or distribute our digital files as your own without a formal Partner License.
3. DONATIONS (FUEL THE MISSION)
Donations made to “Fuel the Mission” are voluntary supports for the independent production of these materials. They are not payments for specific services and are generally non-refundable.
5. No Guarantees
While the Leadership Plays are based on 25 years of experience, every business is different. We provide the map; you drive the car. We are not liable for the specific technical or financial outcomes of your implementation.
