Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2025

We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep things simple because that’s how it should be.

1. What We Collect (and Why)

We only collect personal info when you choose to share it. Right now, that happens in two ways:

  • Calendly — When you book a meeting, we ask for your name, email, and sometimes more (if the form is customized). We use this to schedule time with you and follow up if needed.
  • Substack — If you sign up for our newsletter, we get your name and email. We use it to send you content you actually want (and you can unsubscribe any time).

We don’t sell your data. We don’t spam. We don’t keep more than we need.

2. Cookies

Our website may use cookies (tiny data files) to help it run better. This includes basic analytics to see what pages are popular — not who you are.

3. Who We Share With

We only share your info with trusted services we use to run this website. Right now that means:

These tools have their own privacy policies. We chose them because they take security seriously.

4. Your Rights

You can:

  • Ask what data we have on you
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Unsubscribe from any email at any time

Just reach out via [Contact Page] or reply to any newsletter email.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we update this page, we’ll update the date at the top. Major changes will be shared more loudly.

Terms of Use

Last updated: April 21, 2025

By using this site, you’re agreeing to a few simple things. We keep it friendly and straightforward, but here’s the fine print:

1. Using This Site

You’re welcome to browse, read, and connect. Just don’t try to break it, steal stuff, or pretend to be someone else. Be cool.

2. Booking Meetings

When you use our Calendly link to schedule time, you agree to share some personal info. We use it only to coordinate meetings or follow up after. Nothing more.

You also agree to show up on time (or cancel/reschedule if needed). Respect is a two-way street.

3. Our Content

Unless we say otherwise, everything on this site is ours — words, graphics, etc. Don’t copy it, sell it, or repost it without asking. Sharing with credit is always appreciated.

4. Substack Subscriptions

If you join our newsletter through Substack, you’ll get emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. No hard feelings.

5. No Guarantees

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee everything will always work perfectly. Stuff happens. Use at your own risk.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update this page from time to time. If it’s something big, we’ll let you know. Otherwise, the latest version is always right here.
